1、 Job requirements
1. College degree or above in a major related to construction engineering, with a first-class construction engineer certificate and a safety officer B certificate preferred.
2、 Job requirements
1. Organize project members to familiarize themselves with the drawings, on-site work, and clarify the job responsibilities of personnel in each position of the project;
2. Implement comprehensive management of the entire construction project process, and organize the development of various management systems for the project department;
3. Strictly fulfill the contracts signed with the construction unit and the project management responsibility letter signed by the company, and carry out phased goal control to ensure the completion of the project;
4. Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
3、 Job Description
1. Responsible for cost control, schedule control, quality control, safety production, and civilized construction management of the project, and coordinating with all subcontractors and suppliers;
2. Arrange and inspect the work of construction personnel, quality personnel, material personnel, and safety personnel assigned to the project, implement the control status of each node, and report to the leadership;
3. Strictly implement national, industry, and enterprise construction quality standards and construction process standards to ensure project quality.
