1、 Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in engineering cost and related fields, proficient in quota and modeling is preferred;
2. At least 2 years of work experience.
2、 Job requirements
1. Familiar with construction drawings, design and construction plans, construction documents, construction contracts, and relevant laws and regulations, fully grasp the economic terms and subcontracting documents of project engineering contract documents, and do a good job in contract disclosure tasks;
2. Cooperate with the company to prepare project plans, and be able to provide reasonable suggestions based on relevant content such as construction plans and on-site practices;
3. Carefully read the construction drawings, identify relevant issues in real time, and participate in the drawing review. Participate in budget (settlement) work;
4. Familiar with various budget software, strong sense of responsibility.
3、 Job Description
1. Responsible for calculating project costs, implementing both itemized cost control and overall cost control, and controlling the construction costs of engineering projects;
2. Responsible for verifying the settlement economic documents submitted by the project construction unit, supervision unit, audit unit, and labor service unit, and forming the final settlement documents;
3. Master the composition and calculation methods of various quotas and fee collection standards.
